When I play Shadowblade Lurker from my trash, does it discount its own cost?

No. Playing Shadowblade Lurker from your trash moves it onto the chain first,[354][419.1] so it's no longer in your trash when its cost is worked out. Only the other copies still in your trash reduce the cost.

Consuming Curse and Shadow Assassin work the same way.
