Does Sunken Temple trigger if I conquer with a unit that is only Mighty due to Assault?

Yes, Sunken Temple will trigger even if the unit is only Mighty because of the bonus might it gained from Assault .

Control is established and the conquer occurs[461.5.d] before attacker and defender designations are removed.[461.7.a] This means units still have their attacker designation — and therefore Assault active — at the time the conquer trigger is evaluated.
