If my Dazzling Aurora plays Akshan, Mischievous at the end of my turn, will the Dazzling Aurora I take from my opponent trigger that turn?
No. You gain control of the enemy Dazzling Aurora after its end-of-turn trigger condition has already been checked.
"At the end of your turn" refers to the Ending Step's end-of-turn point. At that point, the enemy Dazzling Aurora is still controlled by your opponent, so its controller-relative "your turn" condition does not refer to your turn.
Your Dazzling Aurora's end-of-turn ability plays Akshan after that point in the turn has been reached. After Akshan enters the board, his play effect is added to the chain as a pending item. You gain control of the enemy Dazzling Aurora only when that ability later resolves.
If you take control of an enemy Dazzling Aurora before the Ending Step, it triggers normally at the end of that turn.
If my opponent and I each use Akshan, Mischievous to take the same gear, who controls it when either Akshan dies?
The most recently played Akshan takes precedence while both are on the board. If either Akshan dies, the surviving Akshan controls the gear.
Each resolved play effect creates a delayed passive ability, a control effect that remains active until that Akshan leaves the board. While both effects remain, they independently change the gear's controller in the same trait-altering layer. The effect established most recently applies last and determines who controls the gear.
When an Akshan dies, that Akshan's control effect ends and the surviving effect determines control.
